General

Gorilla Graphics will always endeavour to fulfil the customer’s requirements, and whilst every care has been taken to ensure services and products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer in ensuring that all purchases are correct.

Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide Gorilla Graphics with everything needed to complete the project including content, images, fonts and other information as and when needed, and in the format required by Gorilla Graphics. The customer guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Gorilla Graphics for inclusion in any media are either owned by the customer, or that the customer has permission to use them. The customer agrees to review Gorilla Graphics’s proof, provide feedback and sign-off approval in a timely manner.

Website Pricing

Prices generated online are at all times non binding and subject to sight of copy where relevant. We reserve the right to change these prices immediately and without notification. No order shall be binding on us unless and until it has been accepted in writing by ourselves

Delivery

Delivery dates are fundamentally regarded as being non-binding. Whilst we make every effort to work within the guidelines specified at the time of ordering, the delivery estimates are guides only. Under no circumstances are we under any contractual commitment whatsoever to meet these deadlines.
We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control in the non-performance of courier companies. If goods are returned to us as a result of failed delivery we reserve the right to charge you for a further delivery

Artwork

Once you have uploaded/sent your artwork, you forego the right to further amend artwork should the order be already processed and underway. It may be possible for you to alter artwork beyond this point. However, this decision rests entirely at our discretion.
In cases where artwork is not suitable for printing, we shall generally contact you to resupply artwork. However we reserve the right to amend artwork further, beyond what you have provided, without notification to the customer, in circumstances where it is necessary to do so. Such issues include, but are not limited to, CMYK colour mode, bleed issues, resolution and missing fonts.

Content supplied for web design, print or other use

Content supplied by the customer will be input but no spelling or grammar check will be done. Proof reading is 100% the responsibility of the customer and Gorilla Graphics accept zero responsibility for any errors or omissions with spelling, grammar and numbers. 
The customer will supply photographs and other graphics either in digital format. If the customer chooses to buy stock photographs, Gorilla Graphics can suggest vendors of stock photography.

Portfolio

Gorilla Graphics reserves the right to showcase any product or service provided to a customer, including but not limited to images of the customers purchased item as part of Gorilla Graphics portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles and in books.

Receipt of goods

Occasionally printed goods can appear differently on paper when compared to the image on a computer screen. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any such differences

Damaged, incorrect or missing goods

We strive to maintain high quality printing standards at all times. If however the items you have received have been damaged, poorly printed or are missing, we shall endeavour to replace the erroneous items.
If the error is such that the whole order will need to be reprinted, we will only reprint on the same service which was paid for initially. Whilst we will attempt to prioritise the order, we make no guarantee of a faster delivery for the reprinted goods.
The decision to issue a refund due to missing, damaged or poorly printed merchandise shall rest entirely at our discretion. If we do decide to issue a refund, the maximum refundable amount in any case is 100% of the value of the order. There is no possibility of further compensation or reimbursement due to inconvenience or loss of revenue for the customer.
In order to fully appraise whether a refund is due, we require that said faulty/damaged goods be returned to us at your expense.

By their nature printed goods do not have a redeemable value and no refunds or credits for goods correctly supplied will be entertained.
We shall not be liable for any costs, claims or damage arising out of any act of tort or omission or breach of contract or statutory duty calculated by reference to profits, income production or accruals or loss of such profits, income production or accruals or by reference to accrual of such, claim, damages or expenses on a time basis. Our liability to you for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods.

Privacy

Gorilla Graphics will not share, sell or distribute any customers’ contact information.

Disclaimer

Gorilla Graphics does not guarantee that any product or service provided will always be error-free and can’t be held liable to the customer or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of Gorilla Graphics products or services, even if the customer has advised Gorilla Graphics of the possibilities of such damages.
